POSITION: Heavy Duty Cleaner Full-Time Permanent Midnights HOURS\/WEEK: 40 hours<\/p>\n\n\n\n
SHIFT: 10:30 pm \u2013 7:00 am, Sunday \u2013 Thursday<\/p>\n\n\n\n
SITE: F&P RATE \/ HOUR: $15.05 \/ Hour, paid benefits after 3 months<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Full Clean of building offices & meeting rooms<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Spot clean walls & doors<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Emptying garbages<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Dust & wipe door frames and walls<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Patrolling of washrooms<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Full clean of washrooms including locker rooms<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Full clean of building entrances, Hallways & Cafeteria<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Vacuuming mats and carpeted areas<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Any other duties as assigned<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Qualifications
\n\u2013 Must be detail orientated and take pride in a job well done<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Must be able to lift 50 lbs<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Ability to work well independently<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Excellent time management skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Excellent customer service skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Professionalism to emphasize the customers \u201cRespect for the Individual\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
